Fans hoopten op een opwachting van Bayonetta 3 op de Nintendo E3-persconferentie, maar de game was totaal afwezig op de E3.
In een interview met Atsushi Inaba van PlatinumGames, werd gevraagd over waarom we al anderhalf jaar niets hebben gezien van Bayonetta 3. Inaba gaf aan dat de ontwikkeling van Bayonetta heel goed verloopt maar dat het een ‘high quality title’ is die niet binnen een jaar of twee ontwikkeld kan worden.
No, development is actually going quite well. Games aren’t usually done in a year or two… it takes a while. That’s all. Things are going well and I know a lot of people are asking for it. Giving updates for everything at E3 isn’t the smartest PR strategy to begin with. So just because we’re not showing it here doesn’t mean it’s not going well.
