Dan Hay, de creative director van meerdere Far Cry-games, verlaat Ubisoft.
Hay werkte als creative director aan Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4, Far Cry 5, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Far Cry: Primal en Far Cry: New Dawn. Hij was ook bezig met de volgende Far Cry-game die een live service game moet gaan worden net als Assassin’s Creed Infinity.
Het is niet bekend waar Hay aan de slag gaat nu hij vertrekt bij Ubisoft. Het enige wat is aangegeven is dat Hay gaat beginnen aan een nieuw hoofdstuk in zijn professionele leven.

Far Cry 6 is nu verkrijgbaar voor de Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Stadia, Amazon Luna en Windows PC via de Epic Games Store en de Ubisoft Store. Spelers die de game aanschaffen op de PS4 of Xbox One, ontvangen gratis een upgrade op de next-gen consoles.
