Uitgever CI Games en ontwikkelaar Hexworks hebben tijdens de Gamescom Opening Night Live Show, de soulslike game The Lords of the Fallen onthuld met de onderstaande trailer.
Het is een CGI trailer, dus we moeten nog geduld hebben voor de daadwerkelijke gameplaybeelden. De CGI is wel heel mooi gedaan net als de openingsvideo’s van de populaire games van From Software en met name Dark Souls en Elden Ring. De ontwikkelaar heeft aangegeven dat dit niet een vervolg is op Lords of the Fallen, maar een reboot. Daarom staat nummer 2 niet achter de titel en wordt het The Lords of the Fallen genoemd.
