SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake komt naar de PS5 en Xbox Series-consoles

Uitgever THQ Nordic en ontwikkelaar Purple Lamp Studios, hebben een PlayStation 5 en Xbox Series-versie aangekondigd van de platform-game SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake.

SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake verscheen in januari 2023 voor de PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One en de Nintendo Switch. Vanaf 16 oktober 2023 komt er een PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S en Xbox Series X-versie uit. Wie SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake al in bezit heeft, kan helemaal gratis upgraden naar de next-gen versie waar spelers kunnen profiteren van betere visuals en performance.

Op 16 oktober 2023 komt er verder een gratis grote update uit op alle platforms. Dit is wat je kan verwachten van de update:

    • Photo Mode – Apply one of 19 different filters to enhance your pictures.

    • New costume “King Doubloon” for collecting all doubloons is now available.

    • Support of DualSense controller audio output when picking up items.
    • Support of DualSense adaptive triggers when using reef blower and swinging hook actions.
