Black Myth: Wukong is één van de grootste game releases van de rest van dit jaar en voor velen kanshebber om zelfs de game van het jaar 2024 te worden. De trailers die we tot nu toe hebben gezien van Black Myth: Wukong, zijn simpelweg zeer indrukwekkend.
Black Myth: Wukong heeft enkele trailers gehad en telkens worden er gloednieuwe baasgevechten getoond. De hoeveelheid bazen in deze single player actiegame lijken behoorlijk veel. Indrukwekkender is dat iedere baasgevecht iets totaal anders is waarbij een baas beschikt over unieke vaardigheden en animaties. Zo moet je het opnemen tegen een humanoid tijger, maar ook een gigantische spin of een gargoyle-actige monster. Black Myth: Wukong is geïnspireerd door de Chinese literatuur Journey to the West en Chinese mythologie. Jij staat in de schoenen van The Destined One, een Monkey King monk die verschillende obstakels moet overwinnen om de waarheid van een legende te ontrafelen. Black Myth: Wukong is ontwikkeld met de geavanceerde Unreal Engine 5 en maakt gebruik van alle moderne features zoals Lumen en Nanite voor realistische belichtingen.
