Het meest interessante uit het interview is dat Matt Booty aangeeft dat de komende twee jaar, alle first party-games overal speelbaar moeten zijn. Hiermee bevestigt Matt Booty de geruchten dat er een tijd lang geen exclusieve games komen naar de Xbox Series X. Deze next-gen console komt eind dit jaar in de winkels en zal dus geen exclusieve launch games krijgen. Maar het blijft dus niet bij de lancering, want de strategie is om ook in 2021 games uit te brengen die overal speelbaar moeten zijn. Het goede nieuws voor Xbox One-bezitters is dat je dus nog minimaal twee jaar kan genieten van alle first party-games die gaan verschijnen.
