Acteur Kevin Conroy, bekend voor zijn stem als Batman, is op 66 jarige leeftijd overleden.
Conroy is overleden aan de gevolgen van kanker. Hij was 30 jaar lang de stem van Batman in meerdere projecten waaronder The Animated Series, de Batman Arkham-games van Rocksteady Studios, Batman in de Injustuce-games en Batman in de recente free-to-play game Multiversus.
Diane Pershing, de stem van Poison Ivy in Batman: The Animates Series, heeft het volgende gedeeld over Conroy:
“Very sad news: our beloved voice of Batman, Kevin Conroy, died yesterday. He’s been ill for a while but he really put in a lot of time at the cons, to the joy of all of his fans. He will be sorely missed not just by the cast of the series but by his legion of fans all over the world.”
